Application Process for International Students
Step One: Apply
  1. Send in application form ($100.00 non-refundable application fee)
  2. Request officially translated transcript with grading scale profile. 
  3. Please submit the translated transcript for evaluation of credits in the American system to www.gcewest.com
  4. Have counselor complete recommendation form.
Step Two: Review
  1. Once the completed application is received, the information is reviewed.
  2. If necessary, an interview will be scheduled on site or by telephone.
  3. A letter with a decision will be sent. The acceptance package will include the tuition agreement and form to be completed in order to issue an I-20 visa.
Step Three: Register
  1. Please return tuition agreement with fees.
  2. Complete all medical forms, releases and permission to treat form.
  3. Complete visa information.
Step Four: Wait for Visa
  1. In order to issue the I-20 visa, all fees must be paid.
  2. The visa will be sent by DHL in order to track its receipt.
  3. Please refer to acceptance package for more detailed information.
Step Five: Schedule
  1. Once registered, a welcome package will be sent with further information.
  2. Students are contacted to determine class choices.
  3. Students may be tested once they arrive to determine English proficiency.
* Please note that there are three fees:
  1. A non-refundable registration fee;
  2. Tuition which covers courses and credits for classes;
  3. Books and materials fee which covers all support resources for classes.
